She has published 62 articles, edited 6 books. She has delivered 44 Lectures, presented 64 papers in Conferences. She is a Recipient of Best Paper Award, Best Teacher Award, Best Creative Writer Award, Dr.Abdul Kalam Award. She has also contributed poems and articles in Tamil Magazines. She has received Proficiency Prize in B.A. English (2000). She qualified SET in 2012. She is a Topper in History of English Language and Literature, NPTEL Course in 2018. Presently, she is working as Assistant Professor of English in Mannar Thirumalai Naicker College (Autonomous), Pasumalai, Madurai, her alma mater. She has uploaded e-contents and videos for the students’ community in her YouTube Channel: V P Rathi Arumugam. She has “soul bound relationship” with her teachers and students. She is good at Pencil Art. As a life-long learner, she likes to motivate the young minds.
